Fresh raw material - the basic of quality

FF Skagen uses exclusively fresh fish of the best quality for our meal and oil products. Immediately after the catch, ice is applied to the fish which remain cooled down during the transportation to Skagen until the moment they are entered into the production at FF Skagen. Thereby the high contents of vitamins and proteins of the fish are preserved, and the end products achieve the highest quality.
